The Scott Coffee Collab: What It Is and How to Get One

Written by: NoNormal

|

If you typed "Scott coffee" into a search bar after spotting an aluminium tube next to a gravel bike: you're in the right place. Scott Sports has not opened a roaster. For the launch of the new Addict Gravel, Scott partnered with NoNormal, the Swiss outdoor coffee in a tube, on a limited edition coffee kit. The line on the box sums up the whole idea:

Find yourself, get lost

What is the Scott x NoNormal Gravel Kit?

Two roles, one box. Scott built the bike for the longer, rougher road. NoNormal built the coffee for the stop once you get there. Inside the kit:

  • A branded box
  • A titanium cup with lid and a custom pouch, engraved for this run only
  • A custom co-branded tube key
  • One tube of Classic Black
  • One tube of Sweet Black
  • A booklet with the collab story, a sticker pack, and discount codes for the Scott Addict collection and NoNormal coffee

This kit is limited to 100 kits, and NoNormal is the only place you can get them: Scott Gravel Kit

What is the coffee in the tube?

Not a Scott product, and not instant. The tubes in the kit are NoNormal coffee paste: real coffee, brewed from 100% Colombian Arabica, then gently reduced to a 20x concentrate. It is never dried, which is the whole difference between this and the powder in a sachet.

Great coffee on a ride usually means a choice: carry a grinder, a filter and a kettle, or surrender to bad instant. The tube skips both. Squeeze a teaspoon into hot water, stir, drink. Each tube makes 20 cups, needs no fridge and lives happily in a frame bag or jersey pocket for months.

Classic Black is unsweetened with 60 mg of caffeine per cup. Sweet Black is lightly sweetened with Swiss beet sugar and carries 45 mg. Both are made in Switzerland and packed in tubes of 100% recycled aluminium.

Why is a bike brand doing a coffee collab?

Because the ride the Addict Gravel is built for has a stop in the middle of it. Gravel is about going further out, and the further out you are, the fewer cafés you pass. NoNormal exists for exactly that moment: we don't compete with your espresso machine, we come in where there is no espresso machine. The kit puts the reward in the same box as the reason to go.

The collaboration runs from September 2026 into spring 2027, with events along the way. Follow Scott and NoNormal on social to catch them.

How do I get one?

The Scott Gravel Kit is CHF 89 / 110$ and limited to 100 kits for sale. When they're gone, they're gone: this run will not be refilled or restocked. This run will be limited to the US and Switzerland.

Quick answers

Did Scott launch its own coffee?

No. The coffee is NoNormal's. Scott makes the bike; we make the stop worth stopping for. The kit is a collaboration for the Addict Gravel launch.

Is it instant coffee?

No. Instant is brewed and then dried, and drying is where the taste goes. NoNormal is brewed and reduced, never dried, so it stays coffee.

How many cups are in the kit?

40 in total: two tubes, 20 cups each.

Where can I buy the Scott coffee kit?

Only at nonormal.com. NoNormal is the exclusive reseller: no dealer, marketplace or other shop carries it.
